Start your engines….


Try this for a way to start your morning, courtesy of Purely Elizabeth:  She sells this particular type of granola on her site, but you can, of course, substitute your own yogurt, granola and berries.

3/4 cup coconut yogurt (or other non-dairy yogurt)

1/3 cup of Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grain Granola

1/2 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, you choose!)


Prior to or post enjoying a hot summer day, layer half of the yogurt, half of the granola and then half of the fruit. Repeat layers. Top with the remaining yogurt. Dig in, and enjoy!
